Operations Manager – Southern Region Provided direct support to Regional Sales Vice-President in the development of the business plan and monitoring performance results for the Southern Region; 35 sales people in FL, GA, AL, MS and LA; managing $290 Million in sales revenue. Had direct responsibility and accountability for revenue management, budget and administrative functions.
- Managed the sales and customer account administration, as well as the monitoring, planning and implementation of projects that support order-processing activities.
- Oversaw sales administration in providing technical and administrative product information using knowledge of company products, services and support.

Business Analysis Manager – National Accounts District Directed sales data management for the National Account District; 75 sales people managing $360 Million in sales revenue with 2,000 customers - Wal-Mart, First Data, Target, Ford, 3M, Allstate, et al. Provided account management and strategic selling leadership to sales force; as well as analysis regarding compensation, account ownership, sales quotas, and other areas critical to sales success.
- Produced daily, weekly, and monthly sales management reports pertaining to funnel, forecast, sales, and attainment. Reports made it possible to quickly identify areas of strength and weakness so that more time was focused on opportunities with impact.
- Assisted Sales VP with territory planning and resource allocation for the National Accounts market strategy. As result, travel expenses were reduced and more time was spent with customers.
- Developed analysis model for annual forecast and quotas that more accurately distributed sales targets and did so within time constraints. New targets had fewer results outside the variance, which made it more justifiable to the sales force.
- Nominated to Siebel Advisory Board to represent Sales perspective on further enhancements. Was asked to serve board based on extensive knowledge of Siebel application and how it was used most effectively.
- Awarded 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 VP/General Manager Awards for Excellence. Senior Account Executive – Healthcare Led revenue generation, value creation, market development and customer satisfaction activities for sixteen healthcare customers totaling $4 Million in sales revenue including: United Healthcare, Medtronic, Athens Regional Medical Center, Healthfield, Tanner Medical Center, et al.
- Upgraded Henry Medical Center’s telecom platform. This technology upgrade improved customer service by decreasing customer wait time and increasing the total number of clients served. HMC also recognized decreased operating costs with the migration to the new technology.
- Negotiated comprehensive $2.1 Million voice and data contract with American Medical Response.
- Achieved 118% of Network Sales Revenue Objective. Account Executive – Reacquisition Team Managed reacquisition sales process for customers within the Hospitality Industry.
- Implemented customer contact plan to better understand the reasons customers left
- Through direct discussions with clients, uncovered key purchase decision criteria for the Hospitality market.

Resident Manager – River Walk Townhomes Directed management responsibilities of obtaining a high occupancy rate, maintaining satisfied customers, and ensuring that the facilities were well maintained at 100-unit complex marketing to university students.
- Collaborated with builder in the construction of new student housing complex.
- Managed on-site property staff of four.
- Leased 90% of units while complex was being built. Assistant Manager – River Club Apartments Managed day-to-day operations of 266-unit apartment community targeting university students.
